Our Pricing Schedule

Choose Your Region

Pricing differs by market because the cost of servicing differs by market. Select the tariff that applies to you.

International Tariff

For clients based outside South Africa and Africa

Our international tariff is priced in US Dollars for clients and firms outside South Africa & Africa who outsource work to us. It reflects the requirements of servicing international engagements while remaining competitive against comparable providers in those markets.

Our work is carried out by qualified professionals with IFRS and IFRS for SMEs competence. English is our first working language, and our position in South Africa places us in a timezone that overlaps the working day in both London and the eastern United States.

$150–$400Typical US firm hourly rate
$60–$180TFS international hourly rate
40–60%Typical cost saving
Important: All fees are exclusive of VAT (15%) where applicable and are provided as indicative ranges. Final pricing depends on complexity, volume and the specific requirements of each engagement. Every engagement is confirmed with a fixed written quote before any work begins — request yours here.
For Overseas Firms & Businesses

Why outsource your finance function to South Africa?

If you run a CPA practice in the US, an accountancy firm in the UK, or a growing business anywhere in the world, the arithmetic is straightforward. You are paying domestic rates for work that does not require domestic presence.

  • Genuine chartered capability. Not a data-entry farm. CA(SA), CA(Z), ACMA CGMA, CIA and Registered Auditor credentials sit on our senior team.
  • IFRS and IFRS for SMEs native. South Africa adopted IFRS early and in full. Our people trained on it, not around it.
  • English-first, no interpretation layer. Working papers, queries and calls are all in business English.
  • Timezone that works. GMT+2 gives a full-morning overlap with London and a full-afternoon overlap with New York and Chicago.
  • Deliverables you can bill on. Compilations, working papers, management accounts and reconciliations delivered to review-ready standard.
  • POPIA-aligned data handling. South African privacy law is modelled on GDPR principles, so your client data stays protected.

Fee Principles

What our fees include — and what they never do

We would rather have an awkward conversation about price at the start than an awkward invoice at the end.

  • Included: Scoped work, partner review, statutory filing, and reasonable telephone or email queries during the engagement.
  • Included: A fixed written quote before work starts. If scope changes, we tell you before we act, not after.
  • Never included without agreement: SARS or CIPC statutory disbursements, third-party software licences, and travel.
  • Never charged: Surprise time-based top-ups on a fixed-fee engagement. If we underquoted, that is our commercial risk to carry.
